Order status
We will keep you informed on the status of your order. This refers to the notifications you can receive.

| has been correctly processed | the order confirmation by email |
| has left our warehouse | the shipping confirmation by email |
Track & Trace
After the parcel has left our warehouse you can follow it with your Store Name login. When you view the order the shipment is related and select the shipment under the tab 'Order shipments', then on the right side you will find 'Track this shipment'.
