Telleby
Telleby (formerly Debresk) is a Swedish social enterprise that has been creating sustainable wooden toys since 1969 – timeless, sturdy, and full of room for imagination. As a non-profit foundation, Telleby reinvests all proceeds in meaningful jobs and social projects. In their workshops, people with diverse abilities are offered a safe and supportive environment.
Each piece is handmade in Sweden from locally sourced pine and birch and finished with natural linseed oil. The toys are CE-certified, free from harmful substances, and designed to last for generations. The simple, durable designs encourage open-ended play and a natural play experience.
In addition to toys, Telleby also makes musical instruments, such as the wooden flutes for our preferred supplier Choroi.
