Have you moved or have you ordered something sent to an incorrect address? Please notify us as soon as possible!

Moving

When moving, easily change your shipping address in your Mercurius Canada Ltd. account through our website. It is your responsibility that we have your correct address.
If you want to change your billing address please contact us and we will make the change for you.

Changes after ordering

Have you already placed an order? Tell our customer service. We will then see if we can change the shipping address. We will make every effort to change the address before delivery. Address changes after the shipment has left our facility do incur a change of address charge from the carrier. This charge will be added to your invoice.
